All NailMuse Co. products are handcrafted and hand-painted. Slight variations in color, pattern placement, brushwork, and finish may occur between sets and from the product images displayed. Such variations are inherent to handmade items and are not considered defects. Colors may also vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products and to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the timelines described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on this website. Custom-made sets are made to order and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
