1. Handcrafted Nature All NailMuse Co. press-on nails are 100% handcrafted and hand-painted in our studio. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, pattern placement, brushwork, and finish may occur between individual sets and from the product images displayed on our website. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade items and are not considered defects.

2. Color & Display We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, and lighting conditions.

3. Cosmetic Use & Safety Our products are cosmetic accessories intended for external use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. • Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, swelling, or allergic reaction occurs. • Our nail adhesive contains cyanoacrylate. Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to cyanoacrylate or other adhesive ingredients. • Keep away from children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to damaged, inflamed, or infected nails or skin.

4. Wear & Longevity Wear duration varies depending on individual nail condition, preparation, application technique, and daily activities. Any wear-time estimates provided are for reference only and are not guarantees.

5. Custom Orders & Submitted Designs For custom orders, customers confirm that they own or have permission to use any images, artwork, or designs submitted to us. NailMuse Co. reserves the right to decline any custom request that may infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability NailMuse Co. is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper application, improper removal, misuse of the product, or failure to follow application instructions.
